Circuits on Zoom
Tuesday nights
7.45-8.20pm


This workout aims to yield the most benefits in a short amount of time.
Using body weight and dumbbells.
Strength and Cardiovascular exercises performed in a timer/circuit format.

A class usually lasts for 30 mins, including a warm-up and cool- down. 

Great if you can't get out of the house at night due to childcare commitments, or heading out at night is not your thing and working out in the comfort of your own surrounding suits you better.

MODIFICATIONS always shown.
