MEN'S YOGA 7.30-8.30PM @ STEPPS PARISH HALL, WHITEHILL AVE. Men's Yoga class is on a fortnightly basis at the moment. We work on breathing, flexibility, strength, technique and relaxation, which we well know is very much needed! Mats are provided, but if you have one then bring with you.A blanket is a good idea to take with you with, as it can be handy for knee comfort or putting over you to keep warm in Savasana (relaxation). This class is suitable for all levels.
