Here at Stepps2bfit we are proud to offer a range of fitness classes to suit everybody. These include, High Intensity Interval training (HIIT), Seasonal Yoga, HIIT with functional kit, Powerflow (a Pilates and Yoga mix) and a Sunday morning running group.
We pride ourselves on being welcoming, fun and friendly. We believe our classes are a great way to meet new people who all want to get fit together.
Do you have young children? Our Wednesday and Friday morning classes take place at a local soft play centre, so they can play and have fun while you work hard. All we ask is that you keep a watchful eye on your little one(s) and attend to their needs when necessary.
