I really enjoy metafit at city kids it’s on at a great time and although I no longer have kids requiring the soft play the venue is still fit for purpose and accessible. I have been doing metafit for over 11 years and have always found your classes enjoyably hard (new phrase) - you demonstrate new moves, correct positions and provide alternatives.

I have been coming along to Friday morning metafit classes for around 18 months now with Eldon and the structure to my Friday routine has been great. It’s a welcoming class that caters for all abilities and the fact I can bring Eldon along, it is just so good! It has been key to building my confidence and challenging myself in new exercises.
