ABS N ARM ON ZOOM
Monday and Thursday mornings 7-7.30am.
This 30-minute time efficient workout challenges both your upper body and core muscles.
Some of these exercises target your arms and abs at the same time, while others are aimed at specific muscle groups (like your lower abs, obliques, triceps, biceps and shoulders).
All you need to get started is a set of dumbbells and this workout is perfectly suited for beginners, but you can make it more advanced with heavier weights.
These classes are currently only on ZOOM, which enables you to grab a class early in the morning before the day begins, in the convenience of your own home.
