Classes are held at my garden studio in Stepps and one morning a week on ZOOM.
Yoga postures (asanas) are used in sequence that stretch, strengthen the muscles and focus the mind. We use of breath to flow between each asana and spend time in relaxation at the end of the class, to help us absorb all the benefits of your yoga practice, mentally, physically and emotionally.
