HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)
Tuesday evening 7.30-8.15pm
A HIIT workout aims to yield the most benefits in a short amount of time.
A class usually lasts for 30 mins, including a warm-up and cool- down.
This class is geared to people who have already experienced a HIIT session in a gym or elsewhere in a live situation and that you already have some level of fitness, though this class is there to develop your fitness in a safe and gradual way.
We normally work to a 40 sec work time and 20 sec rest period, but these times can alter each week.
Great if you can't get out of the house at night due to childcare commitments, or heading out at night is not your thing and working out in the comfort of your own surrounding suits you better.
